Therefore, when diagnosing a fault, first check the ignition system.

Mainly check the working condition of spark plug, start relay and ignition coil, or switch disconnection, engine can not generate electricity, regulator, battery damage, etc. Check the fuel supply system again. Whether the fuel line of the fuel tank is unblocked is “poor oil” or “rich oil”. Then check the compression of the cylinder and the tightness of the crankshaft.

Although it is a relatively complicated work in the diagnosis of sound, but with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, the diagnosis results are more accurate. When the cold start is too low, the mixture is too lean, which is one of the reasons for the difficulty in starting. In this case, the rich valve should be opened or the concentration of the carburetor mixture should be adjusted. Check whether the LK80T is working properly. There is a slight air leak, which usually occurs at the junction between the carburetor and the intake pipe head or the left and right crankcases. Apply some soapy water to the joint or joint seam and start it a few times. Spark plug carbon is seriously "drowned". Both of these conditions reduce the intensity of the spark and cause difficulty in starting.

Spark plugs are mainly caused by poor combustion or excessive oil, while being "flooded" is due to excessive mixture. The spark plug electrode gap is too large or too small, affecting the spark strength. Electronic igniter malfunction. It can be judged by comparing the electronic model of the peer model with good working condition. Poor contact or leakage may occur in the wiring of the rest of the ignition system. The magneto ignition coil does not work properly.

The ignition system is working properly, but the start-up is still difficult, so it is likely that there is a problem with the fuel supply system. In addition to checking whether the oil in the fuel tank is mixed with water or not, the oil supply system mainly checks the carburetor, and the carburetor often causes poor oil supply due to too much impurities in the float chamber and blockage of the main orifice. Excessive carbon deposits in the exhaust port and exhaust pipe, and the inside of the muffler are too dirty, which may cause difficulty in starting.
