For hydraulic motorcycle shock absorbers, always check for oil leakage, check whether the shock absorption oil is charged, and regularly change the shock absorption oil. Usually, the shock absorption oil should be replaced once a year.

When replacing, first unscrew the oil drain plug and drain the old oil into the basin. In order to drain the old oil in the shock absorber, hold the brake grip and press down the direction repeatedly to wait for the old oil drain. After netting, queue the shock absorber oil on the other side of the shock absorber, then unscrew the compression nut at the top of the inner tube, add kerosene or gasoline from the filler hole, and clean it. Add the shock absorber oil of the specified grade and capacity as required.

When the rear wheel of the motorcycle is struck upward by the impact force, the lower joint and the piston rod move with the piston upward. Since the internal oil passage is open, the volume above the piston is gradually reduced, the oil is pressurized, and the spring is compressed. Because the passage in the airbag is filled with inert gas, the gas has a certain pressure, under which the oil rise is restricted, and the spring absorbs part of the impact energy, thereby slowing down the impact.

On the contrary, when the wheel returns to the position, during the resetting and elongation process, the oil passage of the internal damping valve seat is closed, the flow resistance of the oil is large and the small spring in the cylinder acts, so the liquid return speed can be effectively reduced. , thus slowing down the impact.

The oil-gas motorcycle shock absorber has excellent shock absorption performance and strong adaptability; the ordinary shock absorption is spring bearing and oil pressure damping. In addition to the above two types of nitrogen damping, nitrogen damping is added. The benefits of nitrogen damping are faster when subjected to pressure and slower when back pressure.
